Ran by authentic Thai family. Friendly atmosphere. Cater to all needs hand and foot. Selection of beer from. Do estic to all over Asia. Amazing place. Super fast always.?
Great Pad Thai and Basil fried Rice. Family that owns it are wonderful and so is the love they put in it.
MoreI wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Waitress is rude! The tea sucks! It’s jug tea from somewhere they don’t even make it themselves! They give u watered down soup and it’s barely 5 spoonfuls I don’t see how they stay in business or have a 4 star review should have none. The manager or cooks in the back may be unaware of this but everyone knows Thai places have the best sweet tea. Can’t believe she said it’s jug tea! Haven’t been able to taste the food yet. I’m ready to leave
MoreAdequate but pricey
Worst experience ever... food is amazing however the lady answering the phone was absolutely rude and service is generally very slow but I always went back because the food was delicious. I called to place a to go order. I couldn’t remember what the dish was called but knew it was a peanut based curry. She said she didn’t know. I asked which ones have a peanut base and she says “I am busy right now. Call back when you know what you want” I drove up there and talked specifically to this person. She was the only person there besides the cook serving 3 table, checking ppl out, and taking phone orders. Granted that is a lot for one person to do however there was only 2 dishes that were peanut based. All she had to do was give me the names and let me pick. I asked for the owner she said “Doesn’t matter. They are from Thailand and only come back every now and then. If I wanted to talk to them I would have to go to Thailand” Never ever going back to this place again!
MoreThe food is always so good. Service can be a little slow sometimes, but they are nice and friendly and the food is well worth it.
MoreToday was my first time: overall great main dish. Fair appetizer. As soon as we got there (around noon), we were asked for drinks and the sweet tea wasn't even made yet. Speed of service was extremely slow, waited almost 45 minutes for our food that was then brought out to the wrong table. And at the end of our visit, our dessert wasn't even ready so we ended up not getting it.
MoreDouble their prices than I'm used too!
I usually don't give bad ratings, but this place has the worst service I have ever experienced. The evening waiter is a girl and takes forever to get your order or to check on table, not sure if this girl is there in the morning since I went twice in the evening and was same girl and same awful service. The food is good but was awful to be waiting for a cup of water that took about 15 minutes to get and had to get up from the table and walk to the kitchen to get it.
MoreWhoever the waitress was, she had to be one of the most disrespecting and unwelcoming people I’ve ever encountered at any food establishment. I didn’t even get a chance to judge the food cause I left before I ordered...very negative experience. AND THE SILVERWARE WAS NASTY.!
MoreThe food is great but the surly young girl waiting tables is more interested in her phone than the customers.
MoreThe food was fantastic but the service is the worst I've had in recent memory. We were the only people in the restaurant the entire time we were there. They were out of sweet tea which was a huge red flag. The drink refills took FOREVER, and she never checked to ask how things were going. We waited for over 10 minutes for a bill before we were told to come pay up front. Another employee berated our server for making a mistake on the credit card machine right in front of us. We could hear them listening to music, singing, laughing, and having a good time in the back of the store so that must be more important than servicing your customers. These children are going to ruin their parents restaurant, please fire them. All these reviews have the same complaints, deal with it or shut it down. If your restaurant is empty on a Saturday evening, it's already probably too late
MoreWe stopped in today and tried Thai food for the first time. We were not at all disappointed! Everything was delicious (We had shrimp in a blanket for the appetizer, Pad Thai with Chicken, and then sweet rice and mango for desert. They were super friendly and spent time making sure we were taken care of. The restaurant itself was really clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
MoreThis place is so good. This is my second time here. Friendly staff, plenty of parking, quite all in all nice. The food is fresh and amazing. Stop in, take your time, and go over the menu.
MoreLove it, never crowded, and the food is good. But the take out seems to be last night's food. Not been fresh last few times I'm my opinion.
MoreFood was delicious but kinda pricey.
Excellent food and low prices. Ordered spicy basil noodles and was very impressed. Very flavorful and large amounts of food. Highly recommend this place!!
MoreWonderfully delicious and spicy food. Locally owned and operated and my favorite thai restaurant
MoreSpicy basil noodle is my favorite though everything is consistently good. Be careful asking for hot or hotter because the heat level is the only thing inconsistent here.
MoreWe have been coming here for years now, it's by far one of our favorite restaurants in Burlington! Thankful to have delicious Thai food in our home town.
MoreAs I walked place was empty and no one at the counter to greet me. As i approached the counter to place an order to go took a menu and looked over it. When I decided i placed my order and went out side to wait for it to be ready and in about 10/15 minutes it was done. Great! as so I thought... Nope... I had to ask for utensils, and when I arrived back at my car as I was washing clothes next door food was nearly cold and did not taste fresh at all, very bland and dry. Wasn't good but not nasty just not what i am use too. Thai food is usually sticy or at a minimum flavorful and this was neither. For a total of nearly $20 for a single order would have been well worth if food was good.
MoreThe food is authentic and delicious, everything came out perfectly cooked and the portions were great! The Thai iced tea came out not too sweet and just right. I highly recommend the beef noodle soup, the broth was very tasty.
MoreI have been here many times, and will continue to go.I have tried to sample a bunch of different items at the restaurant and every time I am not disappointed. The food is amazing, and I no other Thai places around here can even come close to comparing. The staff is so friendly and kind. You can't beat this place.
MoreThe food is good and staff are friendly and gives good service. I love the green curry but the pad thai could you some work. I have been a customer here for almost 4 years now.
MoreThe food is fine but the waitress is very rude. she got the soup but didnt provide any spoons.. when we asked for it she said, she only has 2 hands.
MoreThe best Thai in the area. Never been disappointed!
I asked for super Thai hot and they didn’t disappoint. It was almost too hot as I could only taste the peppers. (Probably my own fault). The curry that Incould taste was pretty good but it seemed a bit curdled, if that’s possible. The other person had sweet and sour shrimp and that was much better than mine.
MoreGreat Thai food.
My wife and love coming here. The food is always so good and the service is excellent. I am concerned by how few patrons are here as the place is never busy. An unfound jewel in the area.
MoreLove having dinner at this place. Service is always quick and friendly, and the food is delicious! Prices are good, options are plentiful, and it’s a nice family-run business.
MoreSTAY AWAY PLACE..worst customer service..pals over there doesn’t even know how to talk to customers.. my first ever experience hearing GET OUT from a restaurant official up on request for switching ON lights..used bad words in front of babies.. Pls stay away..
MoreI ordered the sweet and sour chicken without tomatoes and onions and when i got home it was the pepper chicken with tomatoes in it. I did eat it since I was hungry and it was good. I went for lunch and with the lunch deal you are supposed to get an egg roll and the soup of the day I didn't get any soup.
MoreAmazing food. Inside is a little empty but it was a Tuesday night. But really. Great food. Medium was perfect spice level and I usually ask for hot
MoreAlways ahhhmazing food, and service. Love the atmosphere.
Went there for dinner tonight and received the worst service ever. We were the only guests in the entire restaurant and yet it took approximately 20mins for someone to come and take our order (when our waitress did come she appeared to be a preteen with lots of attitude)- never mind the fact that I had to go and ask if someone was going to take our order. We never seen an adult until it was time to pay and leave. Needless to say I will not be returning.
MoreThis place is delicious! Best Asian food I’ve had in Burlington.
One of the few places I actually order from. Excellent food!!!!
The food is delicious and savory.
We were the only patrons. It took more than 10 mins to get a drink order taken...then took 25 mins to get 3 soups (Mediocre at best) and fried rice. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Used at be a favorite go to spot
MoreBest Thai food I've had on the East Coast! They will actually make it hot for you! The tofu was well cooked in the Pad See Ew and the curry spices were fresh in the Massaman curry. The lunch portions were perfect and a great price. Came with a delicious soup as well. My only complaint is that I don't live here and can't have this food more.
MoreThai blues has the best Thai tea in the area! They also have amazing spring rolls. They may take a while longer than some places but the food is worth the wait! It is my two year olds favorite place to eat
MoreWonderful Thai Food
Great food. The service is getting better. Still very slow. No need to wait 10 minutes for a glass of wine and some water.
MoreWhen I lived in Burlington last year, this was by far my favourite restaurant! The pad see ew was my absolute favourite, the staff is very close and caring about all their costumers. Also worth tasting their fried rice it’s amazing. The prices are completely fair, stop by at lunch to get a better deal if you eat there as much as I did.
MoreGreen curry chicken with bamboo shoots. Excellent!!!.!
We had good service and the food was very good. Bit pricy for the atmosphere and service level. We will revisit.
MoreI think its delicious, and the staff always seems polite. Coming from a major city with TONS of culinary options, this is one of the best options in Burlington. My only drawback, is the lunch portion size is small for the price point. It's more like a kids meal for an adult meal price (I'm not happy about that).
MoreExcellent service every single time I go. Also the dishes are amazing! I have yet to try anything I haven't enjoyed. The portions are large, and the prices are good. I'd definitely recommend Thai Blues to locals & travelers.
MoreKeeping in mind that this is a family run restaurant, with what seems like only Mom in the kitchen and the oldest daughter [maybe 14] waiting tables, you expect the service to be one of two things, cloyingly sweet or lax and slow. It was the later. The little girl seems uncertain when taking orders, and getting drinks and the check took much longer than necessary. The food was good though, definitely somewhat redeeming. My husband isn't big on Asian food so it would have to be phenomenal for him to request it again and he probably won't, but the Thai hot was spicy enough so that helped a bit. I loved the duck noodle soup, and it was exactly what I wanted. Not a horrible experience but definitely a time consuming one.
MoreFood is really good. However the service experience was really horrible. Not welcoming and the server feel like there is no other place to dine in Burlington.
MoreThis is my favorite Thai place in Burlington, (Not like there are a ton of them but its still the best) I'm a big fan of their Panang Curry and I have yet to have any dish here that wasn't really good. The service used to be a bit slow but the last few times I went it was much faster. The service is always friendly and attentive.
